Aman is a dynamic and visionary professional currently leveraging his expertise in the satellite communications industry. With a solid track record from his previous role at OneWeb, Aman is now a PhD candidate, building on his degree and MSc in Astrophysics. His passion for answering the universe’s big questions fuels his work. Despite his youth, Aman’s technical skills and extensive knowledge are proving to be invaluable to Orbital Locker’s growth. He envisions a future where everyone uses Orbital Locker in space, aiding generations to come. Kamalpreet Singh

Chief Technology Officer

Holding an MSc in Space and Astronautical Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, Kamalpreet brings strong experience in mission planning, spacecraft design, and debris analysis. His background at Hindustan Aeronautics and in space mission design ensures technical rigour and innovation at every stage of development.

David Fenn

Head of Materials

A metallurgist and materials engineer with more than two decades of aerospace, spaceflight and high-reliability structures experience, David has led qualification of spaceflight instruments, aerostructures and electronics; development of designs and materials optimisation for the MetOP-SG QON and OBCT programs, RR Trent 1000 EEC and the Chimera Fusion testbed amongst others. His expertise spans metals, composites, functional and ptotective coatings, and tribology- his primary responsibility is ensuring the durability and safety of orbital infrastructure.

Scott Speer

Chief Defense Systems Officer & Senior U.S. National Security Advisor

A telecommunications and space systems expert with over 30 years of industry experience, Scott has held key roles at Northrop Grumman, OUSD, NASA, and Space Force, including work on launch systems for SpaceX and ULA at Cape Canaveral Space Force Base. His expertise spans 5G/6G Satellite, Smart Factory networks, ground systems, bus systems, and payload design – supporting the development of advanced orbital infrastructure and refueling capabilities.

Nicholas M. Shur

Senior Chief Engineer, Spacecraft Structures & Mission Assurance

Nick brings over 40 years of aerospace engineering experience, including 33 years at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center leading structural, thermal, and mechanisms engineering across major missions such as LRO, GPM, WFIRST, and Hubble servicing. As Senior Chief Engineer, he provides independent technical review and mission assurance oversight for US-ODP structures, docking systems, module interfaces, and robotic subsystems, ensuring all designs meet NASA-grade reliability and DoD survivability standards. His background as a Navy Lieutenant Commander further strengthens his role in defense-aligned engineering and system validation.

Brahma Gopalchetty

Head of Systems Engineering

A Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and MSc graduate from University College London, Brahma specializes in spacecraft systems integration, propulsion, and planetary mission design. His published research with UCL and DRDO underpins the Orbital Locker’s systems architecture and mission-readiness standards.

Zeeshan Imran

Head of Digital Technology

Zeeshan is a computer engineer and AI developer with a focus on neural networks, ML-based automation, and digital systems integration. His work in GenAI, predictive modelling, and algorithm design drives the intelligence layer of the Orbital Locker’s digital infrastructure.

An industrial designer with experience at LEGO and GripGrab, Michel brings expertise in product design, user experience, and industrial manufacturing. Ajiboye Emmanuel

Head of Cybersecurity

With an MSc in Cyber Security from Nottingham Trent University and extensive experience in network and systems protection, Emmanuel leads Orbital Locker’s cybersecurity architecture. He ensures compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR, safeguarding digital assets and operational continuity across global networks.

Amit Kumar

Head of Structures

A senior stress and structural analysis engineer with over 14 years of aerospace experience at Airbus, Spirit AeroSystems, and UTC Aerospace Systems. Amit’s expertise in fatigue, damage tolerance, and certification documentation ensures structural integrity across every Orbital Locker system.

Keith Samba

Head of Artificial Intelligence

Keith holds an MSc in Big Data Analytics from the University of Liverpool, specialising in machine learning, NLP, and cloud systems. He leads AI integration across predictive maintenance, operations analysis, and mission optimisation – embedding intelligence throughout Orbital Locker’s digital and operational frameworks.
